§ More than 9 years of relevant work experience in the field of Software Project Coordination, Testing and QA consultancy, which includes 4+ years in USA, working as an Onshore Lead/Coordinator for a fortune 500 client (USA). PMI certified PMP.
§ Proven experience as QA lead / Test Manager and managing team of 12-15 members, where my responsibilities included test estimation, test design, planning and execution, daily task tracking, client communication, work delivery, generating metrics related to team productivity, quality and effectiveness.
§ Complete understanding of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle from project planning up till deployment; exposure to both RUP and Agile development methodologies
§ Providing QA Consultancy to a top league Insurance Solutions provider.
§ Seasoned professional with outstanding Project management skills including those of planning, execution, tracking & monitoring, resource balancing.

§ Extensive domain knowledge of Insurance (Annuities, Property and Casualty (Auto, Property) and Life).
§ Diversified experience in testing Mainframe, Client Server, Web Based, JAVA, SSO and .Net software applications.
