System Analyst

·                     Interact with business stakeholders from various departments, to gain an in-depth understanding of specific department level business case

·                     Developing requirement needs of the associated departments by understanding business operational processes, understanding existing system shortfalls in enabling departments to achieve objectives and holding regular discussions to document functional requirements

·                     Confirming business buy-in by communicating the business requirements and justification to approving stakeholders, conducting requirement walkthroughs, active participation in prioritization discussions, developing user stories and use cases

·                     Working closely with the solution development and quality assurance teams to conduct solution assessments, validation of requirement implementation and surface any miss-outs via gap analysis

·                     Preparation of UAT test cases

·                     Lead UAT testing, help Business users to perform testing, provide clarifications and track each of the defects to closure
