Direct Client requirement SAP Production Support Manager @ Los Angeles, CA

Title: SAP Production Support Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 6+ Months


DESCRIPTION:

- Lead the client SAP production support team.
- They will be working with 3rd party vendors as well as internal business users and IT staff of the customer
- Ensure that the support team meets all SLAs, should have done SLA management and reporting.
- Reporting to the IT director of the customer.
- Previous production support team management experience
- Total of 6-8 yrs experience with at least 3+ yrs experience with SAP. FSCD is must skill either technical or funtional.
- Excellent Communication
