- Experience working as a Lead on multiple projects, in both large (1-year+ projects) and small projects ( >3 months), preferably in the data integration space
- Diverse system integration experience required. Experience with mass data conversions highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with ETL products required, Informatica preferred.
- Experience with multi-dimensional modeling preferred.
- Experience in integrating through web services in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) highly preferred.
- Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment. Strong preference for multiple years of SCRUM/XP development expertise.
- Successful track record collaborating with product owners, product managers and business SMEs to ensure delivered solutions optimally support the achievement of business outcomes.
- Passion and successful track of coaching, teaching, mentoring and learning.
- Commitment to and hands-on experience in leading/performing technical quality reviews.
- Commitment to collaborate with other developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Experience estimating work, planning, organization and implementing complex Java software projects
- Experience with high volume direct consumer applications a plus.
- Expertise with relational databases and SQL is a must, JBOSS and Oracle experience is highly desired.
