Title: Java Lead
Location:
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Technical Lead experience.
• Development and leadership experience in an enterprise-class system with multi-tier
• architecture
• Enthusiastic in solving interesting problems in conjunction with customer development teams.
• Must have Java server-side and web services development experience, Flash development desirable.
• Broad experience with various java development frameworks such as MVC, Struts and Spring
• Broad experience with various J2EE containers such as Weblogic, Tomcat, JBOSS, etc.
• Expert in J2EE APIs including EJBs, Servlets, JTA, JSPs, JSTL, Web Services (REST and SOAP) and JDBC
• Expert in implementing successful high-performance multi-threaded server applications
• Experience with Design patterns
• Experience delivering complex software installed and used by multiple customers
• Familiarity with XML related APIs including SAX and DOM parsers and XSLT
• Knowledge of the implications of developing for high-availability clustered environments
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Extremely strong speaking and writing skills
• Comfortable working in a flexible Agile development environment
Desirable:
• Experience with open source Java technologies including Ant, Struts, JUnit, Cactus
• SQL knowledge.
• Systems and/or gaming industry experience preferred.
