* Technology Development, Delivery, and Support
* Within project area, provides comprehensive technical support,
consulting and direction to business clients to help analyze and/or solve
their business needs.
* Identify and formally track issues with the software and
infrastructure. Create and monitor ticketing systems for issues identified.
* Analyzes change requests to determine feasibility in relation to
existing business requirements, processes, and data models.
* Prefer knowledge of Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) and
auditing.
* Prefer knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and authentication (TAM or ADFS)
technologies.
* Create and execute IT and business functional testing for the
application development and test environment (Windows Server 2008) to
identify or remediate issues.
* Requires Windows Server 2008 administrator skillset.
* Works with management and leadership in determining design approach,
estimating/planning, setting technical direction, and identifying necessary
resources for the usage of the BWise GRC application.
* Interface with external and internal vendors to understand whether
vendor products will meet business and technical requirements.
* Participates in the creation of detailed technical application
documentation to ensure that the implementation will meet the customer's
prioritized business requirements.
* Lead SDLC process for the hotfix, patch, and upgrade of GRC
application software.
* Create or update documentation used by support function and end
users
* Configure and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions
* Provide ongoing support for additional feature initiatives within
the internal audit organization
* Relationship Management
* Builds relationships with business clients and acts as liaison
between the business community and solution provider, and acts as a
day-to-day point of contact with client.
* Provides mentoring for other team members related to business and
technical expertise.
* Cultivates strong professional relationships with peers and vendors.
* Responsibilities may change based on project or business need.
