Description:
Compunnel' s client, a Major Systems integrator, requires Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, SFDC Technical Lead, SFDC Technical Architect, SFDC Developer and SFDC Admin for a contract position of 12+ Months. The interviews will be telephonic and candidate can start immediately.

Role: - Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, SFDC Technical Lead, SFDC Technical Architect, SFDC Developer and SFDC Admin
Location: - Atlanta GA and Cupertino CA
Duration: - 12 + months
Requirements:-
Functional Consultant :
· Strong understanding of multiple domains especially CRM
· CRM Consultant with hands-on experience on Salesforce.com CRM and Business Analysis
· Customer Facing with combination of Business & Sales Skills
· Strong Customer Facing and able to understand Customers requirements and pain points; and capable to map functional integration requirements with SFDC
· Design and Lead functional testing and ensure customer acceptability of the delivered solution
· Strong in Pre-Sales with exposure to entire Sales Cycle
· Minimum 2yrs of Salesforce.com experience and overall minimum 8yrs
· At least 4 Salesforce.com project experience
· Experience with full project lifecycle of Salesforce implementations
· Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product lines – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, Remedy, Social Enterprise
· Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
· Familiarity with software development life cycle
· Preferably Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
Business Analyst :
Strong in Requirements Analysis & Capture, Design, Configuration using Salesforce. Engage with Customers understand requirements and pain points. Identify and map functional integration requirements with SFDC to ensure end-to-end functionality. Design and Lead functional testing and ensure customer acceptability of the delivered solution.
· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with minimum 2yrs of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com customization
· Strong CRM domain knowledge
· Experience with full project lifecycle of Salesforce implementations
· Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product lines (preferably Certified Sales Cloud Consultant)
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Familiarity with software development life cycle
SFDC Technical Lead :
Strong experience in Design, Development and Integration experience in Salesforce.com & Force.com.
· Minimum 3years experience in Salesforce.com with overall minimum 6Yrs
· Strong hands on experience in –
o Customization & Configuration - Apex / Visual force / Triggers / Controllers / Workflows / Approvals
o Strong Experience in Web Services, Salesforce API, Force.com
o Integration experience with ERP systems thru middleware like Information, CastIron, WebServices, etc.
· Strong in Customer facing, Leading small teams
· Preferably Salesforce.com Developer Certified – 401 / 501
SFDC Technical Architect :
Strong experience in Design, Development and Integration experience in Salesforce.com & Force.com.
· Minimum 3years experience in Salesforce.com with overall minimum 8Yrs
· Strong hands on experience in –
o Customization & Configuration - Apex / Visual force / Triggers / Controllers / Workflows / Approvals
o Strong Experience in Web Services, Salesforce API, Force.com
o Integration experience with ERP systems thru middleware like Information, CastIron, WebServices, etc.
· Strong experience in Solution Design and Architecture
· Strong in Customer facing, Leading small teams

SFDC Developer :

SFDC Admin :

· Minimum 2years experience in Salesforce.com Administration with overall minimum 4Yrs
· Strong hands on experience in –
o Salesforce.com Configuration
o Data Migration
o Salesforce Instance Management
o Code Deployment
o Data Tools like SFDC Data Loader, SFDC Data Explorer
· Preferably Salesforce.com Admin Certified – ADM
