Title: Systems Engineer

Duration – 6 months

Location: Tempe, AZ

Job Description:

 

·         Prior experience in the Implementation and Support of Microsoft OCS/Lync - Unified Communication Solutions preferred.

·         Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS) design and implementation

·         Microsoft Lync design and implementation.

·         Excellent knowledge in IT enterprise applications such as: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft (OCS) Office Communications Server, Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Exchange.

·         Hands on MS Lync 2010 experience in production environments/multiple projects

·         Experience in installation, configuration and support of multi-site Microsoft Lync environments offering high availability and disaster recovery

·         Experience working with remote teams

·         Collaborate with other teams to implement service and system monitoring and alerting

·         Ability to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues

·         Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines

·         Ability to react quickly and effectively to issues and opportunities

·         Excellent customer interaction skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Should familiar with ITIL process like Incident/Problem/Change/Release/CMDB Management.

·         Microsoft OCS/Lync certification
