Required Skills:

 

•        Strong technical skills on the specific product - ability to answer technical questions or perform the required research

•        Strong problem solving skills - ability to solve issues to resolve PMRs or to avoid them

•        Familiarity with PMR process - knowledge of the PMR process in order to escalate PMRs as needed

•        Product architecture skills - ability to provide architectural guidance

•        Provide proactive guidance on product configuration, upgrades, APARs, etc as they apply to the customer's unique configuration
