Responsibilities:
Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines.
Interpreting business requirements and identifying solutions to meet business objectives.
Overseeing troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Provides estimates for planned work.
Able to work in an Agile environment.
Participate in the gathering of functional requirements
Ability to work and communicate with other team members
Writing build scripts
Creation of detailed documentation
Qualifications:
Must have:
4 year degree in Information Systems or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience.
5+ years Java/J2EE working experience.
Experience with SOA is a must.
Strong knowledge of Java 1.6, JSP, Struts, Spring, JQuery, Javascript, XML, SOAP and REST style Web Services
Knowledge of Coherence or equivalent caching framework, Maven, Ant and Hudson.
Proficient in unit testing framework like Junit.
Knowledge of Unix and shell scripting.
Experience with Weblogic and Tomcat.
Nice to Have:
Continuous integration experience.
Cucumber experience.
