Rate                                                       :               $45/hr C2C

Relevant Experience (Yrs)           :               Minimum 7 years

Technical/Functional Skills         :              

1.        Experience with HP Service Manager tool
2.        Track and manage Implementation and Post Implementation activities
3.        Manage change records for post-cutover activities
                a.        Create/Manage/Track change records for test/prod cut-overs
                b.        Co-ordinate  with team for scheduling cut-overs and implementing change
                c.        Co-ordinate with ITSS/network/support team to execute the change.
