·         5+ Years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.

·         Expertise in tools like Silk Performer or Load runner

·         Very good experience in monitoring different layers of the architecture

·         Hands on experience in profiling J2EE application using tools like JProfiler or JProbe and provide root cause analysis

·         Excellent communication skills.
