Description:
Oracle Procurement Contracts and Oracle Contracts - Currently in the design stage.
ROLE: TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resource will act as the Procurement Contracts / Oracle Contracts SME on the project. Will be responsible for preparing the deliverables listed in the Expected Deliverables section. Also, will research answers to questions about the modules and debug technical issues which may arise with them. May need to file SR's with Oracle Customer Support and work them to resolution in a timely manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Procurement Contracts SME; Consultant or Senior Consultant who has project experience implementing the Procurement Contracts and/or Oracle Contracts, has designed conversions for contract clauses and/or repository contracts, and may need to possibly help us define a customization for the Contracts and PO approval workflows.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Core Purchasing
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
Conversion approach and specification documentation for contract clauses and/or repository contracts. Also, specifications and solutioning for Contracts and PO approval workflows. Provide guidance / best practices in organizing the Terms Library and Contracts Repository and defining a taxonomy for naming clauses, templates, etc. Assist with configuration and testing of the Procurement Contracts and Oracle Contracts solution.
