$50: INFORMATICA....with HEALTHCARE Required

This is dealing with a Care Connection system as well as some Informatica and sql work.
I am identifying the requirements needed below

Qualifications:

 *   Experience with SSIS and DTS applications development of Extract,Translation, and Load (ETL) tasks critical.
*  Informatica 8.6.x / 9.x experience
*         Requires at least 5 years progressive software developmentexperience and a sound knowledge of at least three of the following technologies: Visual Studio .NET experience, C#, C, C ++, Visual Basic, VB.net; relational database - experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
 *   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, SoftwareEngineering or a related area; or equivalent work experience
 *   Knowledge of SQL or PL-SQL programming languages.
 *   Excellent oral and written technical, business and user communications skills
 *   Experience working with development teams and/or other developmentsupport groups
 *   Team player with strong interpersonal skills, is detail oriented, andcapable of working cross functionally within the organization
 *   Excellent problem solving skills, particularly with regard toanticipating and solving problems, issues, or concerns before they occur or become critical Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design that
Includes implementation solutions for the healthcare industry
 *   Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardiztion exists
 *   In-depth knowledge of systems development lifecycle and/or operational maintenance environment
 *   Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form including the aptitude to take non-technical requirements and convert them into technical requirements
 *   Works effectively under broad, general direction and ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
 *   Ability to work well in a team, supporting team review and decision processes
 *   Ability to learn new technologies as required
 *   Ability to work on multiple projects with limited day to day guidance
 *   Healthcare background
