SYSTEMS ANALYST or BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST for Indianapolis, IN. Duration:  12 months.  10/10 communication skills. 

MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE DATA MAPPING.  

 

Required:

-          Strong, consistent, experienced, and proven performers

-          Systems Analyst, not Business Analyst,

-          Data Mapping experience

-          Systems Integration experience

-          XML, XSD, XPath knowledge

-          Ability to work well with developers, architects, and testers

-          Robust SDLC experience across all project phases

-          Strong analysis/research capabilities

-          Use Case and System Requirements documentation expertise

-          UI experience

-          Ability to shift work quickly/easily, multi-task, and work in a fast pace environment

-          Solid written and verbal communication—include information in official documentation vs. losing it in an email
