Title : Sr. BI Developer Location : Columbus, OH Duration : 6 months  PHONE HIRE !!!  Description: Requirements: * Determine business information and reporting requirements with key functional analysts and business users through a variety of interviewing and facilitation techniques  * Evaluate and define data requirements, data sources and data standardization transformation rules  * Translate business requirements into a coherent business intelligence solution design and data architecture  * Develop and maintain Analysis Services data cubes. Develop customer calculations in cubes using MDX (multi-dimensional expressions). Develop KPI's and drill through actions to enhance the capability of the cube. Apply security where appropriate.  * Develop Extract Transfer Load (ETL) processes in Integration Services packages as well as stored procedures, tables, indexes, views and any other needed database objects to support the ETL process  * Assist and train users in various data analyses techniques and report generation  * Troubleshoot BI problems. Identify, coordinate and help resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issues and streamline business intelligence processes  * Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Stack including:  o SQL Server 2008 R2  o SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)  o SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS); MDX  o SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)  o MS Excel Pivot Tables over SSAS cubes  o 3+ years SQL Server stored procedures, SSIS scripting
