Job Description
Job Roles / Responsibilities:        ·         General Health Care domain knowledge on Worker’s Compensation, Pharmacy Claim Processing,  HIPAA Transactions(especially ANSI X12 837), and Health Care State Reporting ·         Technical skills in some or all of the following  .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server ·         Ability to manage project development from beginning to end ·         Prior experience in planning and scheduling the project timelines and milestones using  Ms Project or Clarity. ·         Ability  to Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. ·         Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals ·         Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. ·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. ·         Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and status reporting. ·         Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. ·         Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. ·         Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. ·         Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. ·         Track project milestones and deliverables ·         Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and  devise contingency plans.
