Employee Stock Plan SME

Following is a new requirement for a major Financial Services institution in NYC –
Location – NYC / Start Date / Oct / Duration 3-6 months /


Employee Stock Plan Subject Matter Expert:

  • Strong subject matter expertise in defined contribution – Employee Stock Plans (ESOPs) functionality
  • Must have multiple full life cycle implementation experience within financial services organization for defined contribution and defined benefits solutions such as SunGard OMNI and/or SunGard Relius or any other 3rd party vendor solutions that include implementation of ESOP functionality
  • In-depth experience with requirements analysis around various aspects of Employee Stock Plans including different customizations needed for each ESOP function
  • Must have strong ability to participate in a roadmap initiative for strategic replacement of an existing system
  • Ideal candidate must know the detailed business processes related to Employee Stock Plan functionality and other record keeping functions
  • Must be familiar with various 3rd party solutions available to address the Employee Stock Plan functionality
  • Experience with FIT-Gap analysis between the organization requirements and solution capabilities out of the box is necessary
  • Strong ability to define and solution the key gap areas from the FIT-Gap analysis with the chosen vendor solution is needed
  • Must know the technology at a high level to be able to assist with the integration architecture with existing legacy systems
