Job Description
Must Have Skills: Development & Maintenance skills using Lotus Quickr (J2E based), Lotus Notes, Excellent communication skills & client interfacing skills, leadership & management, Solution architect   Desired Skills: Migration knowledge (Lotus Notes to Quickr),   Project Details:          Client initiated a Global Intranet program across multiple geographies to launch Intranet sites on QuickR application (Java/J2EE version).        Overall migration would involve about 20-30 servers of which US would be around 4-5 servers        In addition, there was an organization initiative to move away from Lotus notes and migrate towards QuickR and launch all applications using the same. There could be estimated 20-40 applications that would be part of this process.     Job Roles / Responsibilities:      Development & Maintain the Lotus Quickr environment of the client. Work with other vendors as a team in migrating from Lotus Notes to Quickr. Lead the migration effort and provide solutions & architecture framework Work in an onsite-offshore delivery model Understand & facilitate the customer requirements
