J2EE Relevant Experience (Yrs) 4 - 6 Years of IT Technical/Functional Skills Experience in Java/JEE, Spring , Web Services, ORM tools Understand Design Patterns Experience in Websphere 6.1 , expertise in J2EE application deployment process Knowledge of MQ and Message broker will an added advantage Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and work ethic. Understanding of P&C domain is preferred Roles & Responsibilities Understanding business requirements and prepare detailed design Communicating with Business Analyst and designer General Managerial Skills Excellent Communication Excellent analytical skills Ability to work in multi cultural team Good Inter personal skills Education Bachelor Degree / Masters
