Senior PM for Finance Reporting and Analytics.

NYC-based Banking client, rate DOE, duration 6+ months

  Responsible for migration of current reporting from current ledger based reporting onto the new finance analytics platform.  This is a new platform that is being implemented as part of consolidation of general ledgers.
Key resource requirements:
-
Senior PM with experience managing large scale implementation and migrations within financial  services is required
- Experience with technology and setup of Oracle Financial Analytics platform
a plus
- Experience in the setup of reporting structures and relevant impacts (performance, storage, efficiency  etc)
a plus
- Experience and understanding of peoplesoft  general ledger (setup and config.)
a plus

Understanding of financial accounting concepts is required
- Proficient understanding of project management concepts and methodologies is required
- Understanding of data warehouses and concepts
- Should have worked on similar projects so that the ramp up is minimal and only have to deal with client specific concepts not the concept as a whole.
