Main Responsibilities:
- Has an excellent understanding of the SFDC application.
- Can support 12 lines of business.
- Can develop and administer new functionality and releases within the tool.
- Ability to evaluate, map out process and workflows within the application.
- Ability to develop within the tool leveraging Apex.
- Outstanding communication skills to assist users in gaining a strong understanding of the application.
- Must be able to trouble shoot application/training via web/phone for remote locations around the world.
- Monitors usage and integrity of the SFDC tool.
- Can build strong partnerships within the business and IT.
- Ability to develop and distribute reports as needed by the business.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years Salesforce.com Administration and Developer experience
- Experience using Java Script
- 3 + years experience supporting a global customer base
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Access
- Excellent communicator and proven track record supporting the business.
