Must Have Skills:    Hands on experience on User Interface development using Java/JavaScript/Flex Hands on experience on Java, J2EE Spring/Hibernate/iBatis Good knowledge on SQL (Oracle) Oracle database (10g/11g) knowledge: Strong PL/SQL and Data Analysis Skills Database skills: Indexing, Performance Tuning and Optimization Skills   Desired Skills: Pentaho UNIX Shell scripting knowledge   Job Roles / Responsibilities:        This is a high end experienced developer role. Business requirement analysis and the ability to translate them into technology requirements for development. Should involve in Application Development, Testing, and Troubleshooting & prompt Issue resolution Identify system and process integration opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness within the technologies and business processes. Write functional artifacts including technical specs, use cases, seed data, and high-level test scenarios Attitude towards sharing ideas and knowledge Ability to facilitate groups and to conduct work sessions
