Years	Skills/Experience
3 years	Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)
4 years	Experience in monitoring or managing contractual agreements for information technology, with preference for business analysis and project management.
7 years	Professional who works well independently or as part of a team
7 years	Strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiating skills
7 years	Must be capable of translating business plans and requirements into information systems concepts and produce and update supporting documentation.
7 years	Work experience and understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, thorough knowledge of the software specification process and software development processes, and software architecture.
7 years	Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
7 years	Business systems analysis and business process improvement in defining complex financial applications and supporting functions.
7 years	Organizing and facilitating the deriving system requirements from interviews with customers or requirements gathering work sessions.
5 years	Work experience in gathering functional requirements and creating a functional requirements document and developing graphical user interface with tools like Adobe Fireworks.
7 years	Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
5 years	Work experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions either on a one-on-one basis or in a classroom setting.
3 years	Work experience in system testing which includes the development of test plans, test cases and conducting testing sessions
3 years	Work experience in using Microsoft Project or equivalent project planning/tracking tool for planning out functionality delivery.
