·         Networking – L2/L3 protocols,  IPv6, Dynamic Routing (OSPF, RIP, BGP), QoS (Traffic Shaping), Wi-Fi, Open-Source & Commercial Packages, HTTP, TCP/IP Sockets

·         Language & IDE – C/C++, Linux/UNIX, Shell Scripting, Visual Studio, Eclipse

·         Database – Oracle, MySQL

·         Object Oriented Analysis and Design methodologies

·         Architectural and Design Patterns

·         Documentation – Microsoft Excel/Word & PowerPoint

·         Design of network-based policy enforcement, traffic-management/handling systems, large scalable distributed systems.
