1. 5 to 6 years experience in application development in C++. Should be very strong in enterprise scale C++ development.
2. UI Development experience using either QT or Java Swing. QT is a big plus.
3. Experience in systems level programming using sockets, shared memory, threads.
4. Should have very good database experience – one of them should be postgres or mysql.
5. 3 to 4 years experience in designing C++ applications using OOAD (object oriented analysis & design)
