eCommerce Service Management - Project Manager

 

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the eCommerce Service Management organization, assisting the Director of eCommerce Service Management by managing the Intake queue, resource management plans, and tracking and driving the business assessment/solutioning phases of new initiatives.

 

Requirements

     Lead/manage a diverse portfolio of initiatives across the Deposit and Lending LOBs.  This can range from holistically owning delivery components of integrated services (Mobile, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, etc.) to managing the Concept Definition through Requirements phases of major initiatives before handing off to the IT Delivery Team.

     Manage the Intake queue where all new and existing work efforts are prioritized with the Management Team and resourced.

     Create/manage resource plans across the eCommerce Service Management organization.  Ability to modify existing plans in response to changing Business priorities.

     Management of LOB planning calendar.

     Ability to define, document, and communicate new organizational process and identify process improvement opportunities.

     Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities to meet aggressive deliverable dates.

     Self starter, ability to work independently and with a team.

     Must be able to effectively manage across organizational and geographical boundaries.

     Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders.

     Ability to build and foster great Business Partner relationships.

     Must have excellent communication skills.  Must effectively communicate to all levels of partners and management.

     Must have strong facilitation skills.

 

Experience

     Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Finance, Business Management

     8+ years eCommerce Project Management experience

     3-5 years Organizational Management experience

     3-5 years Banking Product Management exposure, preferably online

     Practical experience of project management disciplines

     Visio, Excel, Project
