• Formal experience in utilizing BPM standards.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a job position required to do problem solving, problem analysis and creative solutions.
• A minimum of 3 years experience working with a BPM system (prefer Pega Systems experience).
• Proficient in MS Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
• effective verbal and written communicator;

Desired Skills:

• strong analytical thinking skills.

•  proven ability to lead/drive cross-functional teams (strong matrix management).

Required Skills:
