Systems Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 12+ Months
The Job Description is as follows:
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
· Detail oriented and expert in eliciting requirements.
· Techno-functional. Not just a Business Analyst but should also understand the technology associated to Data Migration, Data Warehousing projects.
· Experience in Benefits Management domain.
· Preferred experience in any U.S. state's eligibility & benefits management system
· A self-starter who quickly understands the project requirements and be a team-player providing solutions and processes to make project deliverable more efficient and effective
· Good (If not thorough) understanding of RDBMS concepts.
· Knowledge & experience of dealing with enterprise ETL based projects
· Knowledge of Informatica - Nice to have.
