* Need to keep up with quality and speed.
* Should be able to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
* Can work from home
* Work with resource manager and source qualified resumes quickly
* Speed and quality is important
Job Description
* Searching for qualified candidates.
* Screening candidates based on detailed job descriptions.
* Submitting candidates to our clients in a timely manner
* Assisting in checking employment references
* Scheduling interviews with clients
* Briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews
* Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation on all conversations
with candidates
* Managing the offer process
* Ensuring appropriate paperwork for PO*s/Placements
* Building a database of candidates and maintains monthly contact with
candidates
3-5 years of recruiting experience
* Internet recruiting and sourcing skills
* Experience in cold calling and networking
* Ability to develop initial contacts by phone
* Ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Prior sales experience is a huge plus
