Java Developer
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 12+ Months
The Job Description is as follows:
· Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration.
· Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures.
· Demonstrated experience with Unix (AIX) operating systems.
· PC Skills, demonstrated experience using SQL or similar query language.
· Demonstrated debugging experience using RAD or similar tools.
· Demonstrated experience using versioning tools (Clear case, Subversion).
· Flowcharting tools (Visio or other).
· Websphere Application server 6.1 and 7.0 experience.
· Experience developing web based services and SOA.
· Experienced applying J2EE security, Concurrency, Transactions, Session Management, J2EE Patterns, and Frameworks to application solutions.
· Understanding of J2EE, MQ Series, IBM RAD or RSA, Apache Struts, Unix Shell Scripting, Database, Db2, SQL, HTML, JavaScript and XML technologies.
· J2EE Development with Spring open source framework.
