Title: PeopleSoft HCM technical/functional resource
Location: Columbus OH
Duration: 4+ months
We are looking for a PeopleSoft HCM technical/functional resource who has designed, developed, and tested PeopleSoft Core HR and Integration with other applications.
The following skills are a must:
-Ability to Work with functional business users to clarify and validate functional requirements.
-Ability to identify, leverage and implement delivered COre HR processes/functionality.
-Expertise in all aspects of employee data.
-Expertise in implementing core configuration for HR.
-Expertise designing, developing, and testing Online PeopleCode.
-Expertise designing, developing, and testing Application Engines.
-Expertise designing, developing, and testing App Packages.
-Expertise designing, developing, and testing SQR.
-Expertise designing, developing, and testing Component Interfaces.
-Expertise designing, developing, and testing Integration/Messaging.
-Business process design/optimization.
-Strong communication skills.
-Analytical thinker and problem solver.
-Follows industry standards for design, development, unit testing, and system testing.
-Self-starter who is goal driven.
-Expertise creating and executing system test cases.
-Successfully completed a full life-cycle implementation.
-International Experience, a plus.
