Business Analyst – SAI Program
The incumbent of this position will work among the SAI Program's team members to coordinate and facilitate the program's diverse portfolio of activities. This role is primarily responsible for managing the customer interactions and gathering and scheduling implementation roll outs. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem solving, an aptitude for picking up new skills and an ability to make sense of technical and business concepts. Customer Delivery and the ability to clearly define business requirements is a key aspect of this position.
Qualification: Include a detailed description of the experience and skills required. Use additional space if needed.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A general understanding of Service Oriented Architecture patterns and development methodologies
- 2+ years application development preferred. Experience with Java, J2EE, XML, SOAP, SOA, advanced design patterns, and Web services preferred.
- Aptitude for learning new skills
- Good research and writing skills
- UML experience beneficial
- Experience with the design and execution of test and use cases
- Project management experience desirable
- Proven interviewing and facilitation skills for gathering detailed, comprehensive requirements
