Need  Siebel CRM Developer

LOCATION:         NYC

DURATION:        Through end of this year(EXTENDABLE)

MAX RATE:         50/HR C2C


MUST HAVE SIEBEL CRM, EIM, CTI, AND BI EXPERIENCE!

 

A New York State government agency is looking for a Siebel CRM Developer who is a guru with Siebel development for a contract in New York City.  The Siebel Specialist will be required to can make adjustments and enhancements to their present CRM custom ticketing system originally developed by Accenture and Oracle.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

--The agency is looking for someone who has experience as a developer and application administration.

--Candidate must have BI Publisher experience.

--The candidate should also have experience with SQL and EIM(Enterprise Integration Manager).

--The candidate should have good knowledge of and experience with Computer Telephone Integration (CTI).

--Expert  experience in Software development with Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

--Developer experience in Siebel Objects and Tools

--Experience in systems analysis, business process re-engineering, and software development implementation in support of Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

--Must have reporting experience.

--Experience in Audit trail, reports and ticket control

--Must be an expert in making modification to the existing customized systems. 

--Knowledge of Siebel environments, architecture and security administration

--Hands on Project Management experience inSoftware development with Siebel Technologies:  Siebel Call Center environment leveraging Siebel Tools, Scripting, Workflows, Assignment Manager, Run Time Rules, Business Services and Siebel EAI

--Experience in systems analysis, business process re-engineering, and software development implementation in support of Customer Relationship Management

 

The client will be making enhancements, which will require the consultant to be able to perform the following tasks:

--             Make the auto generated email notification on closed tickets active.

--             Make the auto generated email notification on follow up tickets active.

--             Create a workflow  notification that triggers when tickets are reassigned to different areas.

--             Add more options on the sub status field to track progress of the ticket. We should have an option as hold (for desktop team when ordering toner, customer testing etc.)
