Engagement Start Date: 11/29/2012
Engagement Completion Date: 11/28/2013
Primary Location: St. Paul, MN
Rate: $55-65/hr
Engagement Description: The Contractor will join a team of staff and vendors to configure, implement and administer the database layer of the new Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) system. The implementation will include Oracle Audit Vault, Database Vault, Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) and Oracle Advanced Security. This person will be a technical lead requiring a depth in Oracle database administration, data encryption and the deployment of the Oracle products listed above. The Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) project is on a very tight and fast-paced timeline. The person fulfilling this contract will need to be self-motivated, work well on a team, capable of managing ambiguity mixed with rigorous timelines with a high degree of professionalism.
