• Cognos 10 Install, Create, upgrades, control and configure Repositories and folder in different versions.
• Trouble shooting and problem handling for workflows and sessions, Database (including Green
• Prepare and maintain documentation on Informatica ETL coding standards, setup process for data marts building.
• Developed full ETL process for data warehouse and maintaining in production environment
• Business user interaction for new enhancements and reporting issues.
• ETL administration, Generating Reports, Coordinate with Informatica support for patches and bug fixes in Informatica
• Periodic Informatica servers maintenance, Repository maintenance, Jobs Monitoring and CR implementations
• Participate in reviews, meetings and status updates
• Expertise in error finding techniques and root cause analysis (RCA) and gap analysis
This position is responsible for working documentation including; data catalogues, logical diagrams and requirements documents
• Provides Level II end user support and counseling for business intelligence and decision support tools
• Produces reports using enterprise class reporting tools
• Documents data, views and reports
• Works with business and management to provide meaningful, efficient and accurate reports
