Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6+ Months

Role responsibilities: 

Ensure Change Request / risks / issues / dependencies are managed according to defined Process

Monitor and review the status of open Change Request / risks / issues / dependencies

Follow up and prompt Change Request / risks / issues / dependencies to PMs for status updates for open Change Request / risks / issues / dependencies

Ensure the content of the Change Request / risks / issues / dependencies is in par with Quality Assurance

Escalate concerns to the Delivery Leads

Lead / Drive to resolution issues escalated to the Deliveries

Assist Delivery Leads on various assignments when needed

Update Change Request Report Monthly

Resource to serve as the Change Request / Risk / Issue / Dependency Coordinator DIS delivery (BIRA and DM) - Will work closely with Delivery Leads and Delivery Planner
