Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6+ Months

Requirements:

Must have successfully led large complex technical projects (>30,000 hours) to completion

Must possess the aptitude to understand new technology so they can adequately plan and manage tasks associated with implementing technical infrastructure

Must have good relationship building skills to enable them to work across multiple teams and skills such as IT Architects, Coordinators, Project Managers, and delivery teams

Must have demonstrated the flexibility to plan and manage a project within a large initiative where specific processes and standards are mandated

Must have demonstrated the ability to drive out a detailed project schedule and then manage it throughout the project lifecycle

The ability to consult on Project Management, including to plan, organize, monitor, and control Systems projects for the completion of procedural, infrastructure, and/or software development to meet customer defined requirements or business specifications

The ability to manage cross-functional teams who are responsible for delivering the approved projects on time, within budget, and with world-class quality results

The ability to lead cross-functional teams that may consist of both Systems and non-Systems professionals and work with the project sponsor to deliver solutions on time and within budget using approved tools, techniques, and methodologies

The ability to understand and apply the Project Management Book of Knowledge - PMBOK® as expressed by the Project Management Institute. 

Skillsets: 

Project Management skills and/or experience required (PMI experience/PMP certification highly desired)

Strong leadership skills

Excellent communication skills 

Experience with CSM; Agile methodology & process expert

Experience working on enterprise-wide IT projects at a large corporate client 

Technically focused project work 

Understanding/experience with ITIL
