REQ DETAILS:
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 12+ Months
REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop Custom SP Web parts and Search driven applications on top of existing SharePoint code.
-Ideal experience is with FAST or FAST ESP if not, that can be substituted with experience with other Search tools Autonomy (HP tool), Variety or OpenText Edocs.
-Developer mainly responsible for developing Portals on top of SharePoint and pulling information through web services (FAST for SharePoint)
-Adding significant search capabilities by adding multiple repositories to search.
-Design and develop search result page.
-Create new scope for the existing repositories.
-Develop custom refiners.
-Ideally looking for a FAST ESP subject matter expert.
