selected resource will work with the Sales Team members on pre-sales efforts such as delivering and reviewing presales questionnaires, requirements definition, proposals, creating SOW's, responding to RFP's, etc.
Additionally they will be tasked with architecting and managing a wide range of technology implementation and assessment projects, such as Active Directory, Exchange, Exchange UM, Network, Infrastructure, etc.; Utilizing the Microsoft Solutions Framework for Project Management Process, initiate and manage various projects as the Project Manager.
They will also be responsible for providing Tier III Support for existing customers handling the most difficult or advanced problems escalated from Tier I and Tier II Team Members concerning the development of solutions to new or unknown issues & communicate regularly with the customer, project team and other project stakeholders regarding project management activities including planning, progress, issues and resolution, budget, change orders, & timelines.
Technical Qualifications
- 5+ Years' Experience with Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008 Server; LDAP; Active Directory; Group
Policy and domain architecture - 5+ Years' Experience architecting, deploying and supporting Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010
- Experience with upgrading operating systems, patch management and specifically System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM, formerly SMS) and APP-V (Application Virtualization - formerly Softricity) a plus
- Training experience a plus
