Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years as Senior Level COGNOS Developer

• 4 years experience with Cognos 8.4

• 4 years as Cognos Framework Manager

• 5-7 years of Report Development using Cognos Tools

• Ability to transform functional requirements into reports

• Knowledge of data and data manipulation techniques

• Experience with Relational/Star Schema modeling and design

• Broad understanding of Cognos and ability to translate user requirements into Framework Manager Models, reports, and dashboards.

Desired Qualifications:

• COGNOS Version upgrade experience with Version 10.

• COGNOS Event Studio

• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities

• Report Template Library development experience

• Database Modeling Experience

• SQL Query Composition

• Public sector experience highly desired.

• Education (K-12) experience highly desired.
