Position: Epic Build Analyst
Start Date: ASAP.
Duration: 6 months.
Location: Hudson, WI


Certified Build Analyst in Epic Resolute HB/PB and claims Analyst.

Description:

 

Certified or extensive experience with Epic Resolute PB/HB and claims. This position will be working on prioritized ticket, as well as support and maintenance. They will work with our customers at all levels within the organization. They will be the liaison between IT and users to resolve questions assess user needs and recommend modifications. They will gather requirements, build, test and implement solutions for the Resolute (HB/PB) application.

 

Skills:
Certified in Epic Resolute HB/PB and/or claims
Must be familiar with all areas of Resolute HB/PB and claims build
Strong Resolute builder.
Demonstrated success working with teams of business customers and IT staff
Excellent communication skills
