Must have at least 6+ years experience in salesforce.com technology. 

At least 3-5 years of experience in SalesForce.com platform like Apex Programming , Visual Force etc., 

Should be able to design Reusable objects that can used enterprise wide for many applications. 

Proficient in loading data from legacy applications to SalesForce.com platform. 

SalesForce.com certification would be a big plus

Excellent Communication Skills.
