In support of the proposed implementation of SharePoint 2010, HP will perform the following activities to review and analyze the current Lazard SharePoint Server 2010  enterprise farm structure and configuration during this timeline, this analysis will provide the foundation for implementation phase.

Discovery
• Understand the current farm(s) – Physical and virtualized server details, authentication, network, software, storage and SQL tiers / layers
• Gain an understanding of the user base – location, level of usage and access methods
• Analyze the current environment web analytics, and site usage patterns
• Review the health, diagnostic and usage (IIS) logs
• Gain an understanding SharePoint usage
• Gain an understanding of transaction based applications and resource usage

Design
• Capacity planning and validation with current farm and determination if new farm and migration is required
• Create Design Documentation

Implementation
• Implementation of SharePoint 2010 farm to consist of the following infrastructure:
o 2 Web Front Ends
o 1 Application Server
• The Pilot implementation will make use of an available SQL server environment to support storage of content
• Implementation will include the development of an as-built guide for use by the Lazard team

Deliverable Description – A Microsoft Word document of up to twenty-five (25) pages consisting of assessment findings and suggested recommendations gathered during the HP review of the Client provided SharePoint 2010 and Lotus Notes environments and applications.  The reviews will be conducted on the current SharePoint 2010 environments as outlined below:
• Current  SharePoint 2010 environment review
• As Is state documentation
• Future State
• Current usage review
• Current network topology review

The SharePoint 2010 Enterprise Farm Architecture Review Document will be completed by HP at the close of the discovery and design phases of the SharePoint review and will be reviewed in person with the Client Project Manager and will include the following:  
• Finalized scope and delivery expectations
• Finalized capability of current infrastructure to support the documented requirements and future state of the SharePoint 2010 environment to support the migration of Lotus Notes applications to SharePoint
