Job Description:

Scope of Temporary Assignment: The scope of this assignment is to do the analysis, design, development and testing work to migrate legacy business applications off of the Oracle Forms technology to asp, javascript technology.

Skill Requirements: Requires extensive knowledge with systems development methodologies with proven skills in doing the analysis, design, build and testing of new web applications. Must be able to flesh out and document requirements which are incomplete or vague and adhere to or propose improvements to current design principles; Requires strong analytical and communications skills; Requires extensive knowledge in developing in asp, javascript, Oracle (database, stored procedures, PLSQL) technologies. Knowledge of Oracle forms technology a plus. Preference is for senior people who can work independently with good communication skills because we would like for them to work directly with the Business areas (Gas, Electric) to do the requirements, testing, etc.
