Must-haves

2-5 years of tier 2/3 tech support across various domains

Windows, Unix, AD, Lotus Notes, SAP

Must be able to create SAP enrollments; i.e. fulfilling requests for new ID's, deletion or modification fo ID's. - Manage all SAP enrollments via Lotus Notes

Plusses

Bachelor's Degree from 4 year accredited school
