z/OS System Programmer

In person interview is needed.

 

Location: Chelsea, MA

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: $65/hr C2C

 

Skills Needed:

·         Experience in upgrading z/OS operating systems on IBM Business Class mainframe Z10 or higher

·         Specific knowledge of MVS internals.

·         Specific knowledge of MVS-related products such as JES2, ACF2, VTAM, SYNCSORT, TSO, etc.

·         General knowledge of all software/hardware components of the customer zOS systems.

·         Minimum of five years of experience in MVS systems programming.

·         Demonstrate expertise in written and oral communication skills.

·         Ability to understand technical direction

·         Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations
