Front End Developer
Job Description
The Front End Developer is responsible for software development, enhancements, and maintenance. This also includes working with the Technical Lead and Business Analyst, to design, write and test code. The developer will work with development team to create the technical architecture around client technology needs. The developer will be expected to innovate and think of new features based on user requirements. The primary part of this position will be doing front-end coding for our various platforms.
Skills
· Experience with HTML, CSS, JSP, jQuery, AJAX
· Knowledge of working with JavaScript frameworks to create rich interactive content
· Experience working on scalable, high-volume, and Internet-facing Web sites also preferred
· Experience integrating with server-side code to produce dynamic pages
· Experience working with version control systems such as SVN
· Experience with content management systems
· Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market and position yourself and the company as a digital specialist.
· A good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable and cross-browser code across large sites

Middle Tier Developer
Job Description
The Middle Tier Developer is responsible for software development, enhancements, and maintenance. This also includes working with the Technical Lead and Business Analyst, to design, write and test code. The developer will work with development team to create the technical architecture around client technology needs.
Skills
· Experience building web-based interfaces using Java technologies
· Must have experience designing and coding re-usable JavaScript components
· Experience with HTML, CSS, JSP, Java, jQuery, J2EE, SQL, Struts, Ajax, UNIX/Linux
· Should be proficient and comfortable working on multi-tier applications and with code at the front-end (UI) and back-end layers
· Experience working on scalable, high-volume, and Internet-facing Web sites also preferred
· Experience with debugging java-based applications,
· Creating unit and regression test cases and testing
· Good database experience with SQL queries, Oracle, MongoDB
· Experience with content management systems
· Familiarity with W3C and Java coding standards
· Experience with object relational frameworks like Hibernate and EJB3 is nice to have

UI/IA Architect
Job Description
· Define and direct the technical direction of the User Interface
· Ensure new feature design falls within the architectural guidelines
· Evaluate different technologies and make recommendation about software, tools for new projects
· Apply industry best practices to design and development
· Conduct code reviews to ensure scalable robust code
· Review new feature requirements and assess impact, provide alternate solutions
· Collaborate with other senior engineers to provide management with project estimates
· Scope, design and develop UI functionality to meet the demands of business requirements within set deadlines.
· Define site architecture and navigation that serves as a blueprint of the site upon which all other aspects are built
· Create wireframes, site maps, schematics, process maps, feature lists, mockups, visual specification, working prototypes and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience
Skills
· Must have experience designing and coding re-usable JavaScript components
· Strong HTML5, CSS3, AJAX style UI skills
· Proven track record of translating business requirements into a user-friendly and functional UI
· Previous experience architecting the User Interface for Web based software applications.
· Strong communication skills
· Good overall understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
· Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology
· Knowledge of architecture-related software (Illustrator, Visio, Photoshop, Acrobat, Omnigraffle)
