Location : Philadelphia,PA

Duration:18+months

This is a  strategic role aligned directly to the center of delivery excellence .  We are looking for broad based Hands on Integration delivery experience:  System Migrations, Transaction processing systems, ERP, or mission critical applications central to Business operational functions..

Ideal candidate has 6-10 years PM experience with tactical delivery experience on large IT and business intiatives. Firm understanding of full life cycle project delivery, process excellence and improvement. Payer/Healthcare experience a PLUS

Demonstrated work history of delivering projects on time/in scope and on budget.
Types of Project experience:

•   Application development, web-client server
• Systems/application upgrades, replatorms
• COTS, ecommerce, ERP, Production support
• Systems/application migration experience 
• IVR, HiPAA

 Ability to manage individual and concurrent work streams
Strong Process improvement and process excellence acumen.
Fluent is risk assessment and management.
* Leads projects in accordance with the IT organization*s preferred methodologies
*PMP, Six sigma process, ITIL, PMBOK all helpful
Must  be comfortable with full life cycle project delivery (sdlc)

• Assessment/discovery
• Project Implementation
• Testing Phase
• Go LiveProduction support

* Identifies and implements PM improvement processes across IT

* Manages project budget, financials, and forecasts

* Track project issues and ensure they are documented, assigned, tracked, and resolved

* Track project risk and ensure mitigation strategies are identified and employed

* Track project dependencies to ensure they are known and on schedule

* Ensure any problems that arise in the project are identified and managed to resolution

* Coordinates and ensure that all testing phases are executed successfully.

* Ensures that al project artifacts are created, updated and stored

Vertical expertise in any of the following:  Insurance, payer, Financial services, Banking, Large Scale Systems integrators, Big 4
Engineering degree also a plus
