Position: Systems Analyst (USC Only, locals)
Location: Saint Louis Park, MN
Duration: 6+ months
They must be a citizen and can pass a national background check
- Must be able to pass a National Agency Background Check (NAC) and possibly obtain/hold a secret security clearance.
- Must have excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Enterprise environment experience preferred (1,000 systems or greater).
- Must have 3 to 5 years documented technical support experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in a medical setting.
- Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, printer, and network issues in a Windows Active Directory domain structured environment.
- Experience supporting Windows XP/7, MS Office 20XX, Symantec Endpoint Protection, & various COTS software via a Ticket system.
- Certification Requirements - ADP/IT I clearance, including one or more of the following certifications: A+, Network+ or SSCP.
- Certification Preferences (prefer, but not require, one or more): MCP (Windows XP Pro); MCDST (Windows XP Pro); MCTS (Windows 7); MCITP (Windows 7); System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP); GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC).
- Technology Requirements: Altiris; Windows XP/7; Windows Server 2008 R2; MS Office 20xx; Symantec Endpoint Protection; Network security.
- Technology "Nice to haves": Citrix XenApp andf Thin-Client.
